We are able to provide support through appropriately qualified care staff who are able to meet most of your care needs to enable you maintain your quality of life and independence in your own home.

All care workers and staff are employed based on qualification and experience as well as having the right attitude and personality. For us it is mandatory that our staff have attained or are at the least working towards an QCF/NVQ 2 in Health & Social care.
It is also a must that the staff undergo our 4 day induction programme to understand our principles of operation and familiarize themselves with the organization’s policies and procedures.
The charges for our care services are varied and subject to your required care needs. Please contact us for more information about charges for individual care services required.
Yes, it is possible to have some or all of your care costs covered by your Local authority, this subject to you having had an assessment of needs done by the Local Authority. This assessment will help you decide on the type of services you may want, as well as helping the local authority understand which services you need.
It is quite rare that service users request a change of care workers as all our care workers are skilled and trained to meet diverse needs of the care users however you may request for a change of care workers stating your reasons for this change.
One of the advantages of our organisation is that we have a pool of care workers that understand our service user’s needs and can stand-in for regular care workers who may be ill or absent, therefore ensuring continuity of care at all times.
Yes, we are able to provide a night service for support through the night or a sleep –in service for companionship as required by the service user.
Yes, we are able to provide escort support as desired by the service user, be it escorting you to hospital appointments or enabling you to access the community from going to the library, cinema, etc.
Yes, our practice is based on “person-centre-planning” (PCP) ensuring that service users are involved in every aspect of care plan and delivery. We will work together to create a support plan that is tailored to meet your needs in so doing respecting your choices and individuality.
Our commitment to safeguarding is demonstrated by ensuring our staff members receive appropriate training in safeguarding. Management monitors service delivery through regular spot checks and quality monitoring through questionnaires, telephone calls and visits to service users. All our care workers undergo rigorous recruitment processes such as enhanced CRB checks, vetting their suitability to employment.
Our written policies and training highlights the importance of meeting the diverse needs of service-users in particular recognising cultural, religious, gender and other care needs. Every staff undergoes the induction Programme where these commitments are made clear and member of staff receive a handbook containing our guidelines on diversity and equality.
